Hidden Programs in Server 2008? Can’t uninstall

I have this certain program that seems to not show up under my domain admin account however it does show up in add/remove programs when logged on locally.

Now that the server is a domain controller I obviously can’t log on locally. Did I mention I hate server 2008 and all it’s little security by obscurity features? This is my five 2008 post in the last couple hours.

If anybody has any ideas please let me know.

Did you install the app before or after promoting the server to a domain controller? Have you tried reinstalling it?
